Shipping Info

If you place more than one order close together, we will try to combine your orders and refund the duplicate postage amount, but CANNOT guarantee that - please don't rely on it.

When placing an order please provide an email address on which you can be contacted in case of any issues. In the event of an issue arising with your order you will be contacted for your input regarding the resolution. If after one week I have not received a response, my discretion will be used to select an appropriate resolution. I will only contact customers by email and will not utilize any other messaging platform. Please ensure that madebythuk@gmail.com has been marked as safe with your email provider so that order notifications do not get discarded as spam.

I strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible; usually taking one to two working weeks. Please note that at busy times, e.g. after an update, it can take longer – I am working alone. I am not able to offer same day shipping.

Please remember that the postal service can get delayed, and my Post Office don't always get through all of our post within the day, which can further delay parcels at busy times. 

If the items on the website are in stock for immediate dispatch, unless otherwise stated. 
If your order has not arrived within 28 days (UK) or six weeks (international) please contact me and I will assume it is missing. I can then either replace it or refund you.

I shall not be held responsible for failure of delivery where an incorrect address has been provided and additional charges may apply for redelivery of an order.

Royal Mail do not provide tracking numbers for any parcels as standard.

Prices shown below do not include VAT. Where applicable VAT will be added to the shipment costs at checkout.

First Class Usually arrives within one to three working days after dispatch however can take longer.

Second Class Usually arrives within three to seven working days after dispatch however can take longer.

Sent with Royal Mail Airmail Standard Usually arrives within five to ten working days however can take longer.

EUROPE (NON-EU) SHIPPING
Sent with Royal Mail Airmail Standard Usually arrives within two to four weeks however can take longer.
